How a session runs

From drums down to a room in sync.

01

We bring the drums to you

Djembes are delivered to your boardroom, training suite, conference hall or open-plan floor. You supply the space — we supply everything else.

02

A drum in every hand

Everyone takes a seat in the circle. No prior experience needed; rank and department stay at the door.

03

Call and response

Our African lead drummer teaches rhythm the way it has always been taught — by listening, watching and repeating together.

04

The room locks in

Within minutes the whole team is drumming in unison — a live, audible demonstration of what real collaboration sounds like.

05

A shared finish

The session closes as a genuine ensemble performance your team created — energised, connected and smiling.
